Welcome to Newbridge and Caragh Parishes
Welcome, and thank you for visiting our parish website. The parish of St Conleth is one of the largest in the country. The population within the parish boundaries is more than 25,000. The Christian presence in this area dates back continuously to the times of St Brigid and St Conleth who were contemporaries in the 5th century.

The annual Cemetery Mass will take
place in St. Conleth’s Cemetery on
Monday July 7th 2014 at 7:30pm.
This project has been a huge success in the Parish. It has demonstrated Newbridge people at their best.
Thank you most sincerely to all our donors and volunteers.
Last week over eighty families were once again given food parcels to help sustain them through difficult times.
Owing to this high demand for food aid, Share Food reserves are running low. In fact demand is increasing almost weekly.
We are appealing to the generosity of parishioners in seeking to replenish food stocks. All kinds of non-perishable in-date food is welcome at present, especially breakfast cereals, beans, tinned vegetables, soup and jam.
As well as weekend Masses, food donations are also being accepted mid-week at the Parish Centre, Station Road.
Keep watching this site for an upcoming expansion of the Share Food Project.
