Many thanks to all our parishioners and volunteers who are working so actively with our Share Food Project in the run up to Christmas. Charlotte Vard and Clodagh Cummins received the Charlotte Vard and Clodagh Cummins received the "Papal Cross" Award for their outstanding contribution to the the life of the parish in setting up the "Amadeus" Youth Group. Their Award was presented by Fr. Paul PP. Here they are joined by Fr. Paul OP, Sr. Kate and their parents. The inscription on the medal reads as follows; "Trust Christ, listen attentively to His teachings. Fix your eyes on his face. Persevere in listening to his Word." Congratulations to them both!
"The Ceremony of Light" for Confirmation Candidates where their Baptismal Candles were lit as a reminder of the Light of Christ in their lives. We have 380 candidates for Confirmation next March. We wish them every blessing on this special journey...
